Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your item under the terms below.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective films must be intact
  • Items must not show signs of use (e.g. wear, washing, odour, or damage)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Important: Items returned in a used or unsellable condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Product-Specific Conditions

  • Goalkeeping gloves: Must still have protective cover on latex palm. Any grip wear or marking will make them ineligible for return.
  • Grip socks: Cannot be returned once worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
  • Shin pads (including carbon fibre): Must be returned unused and in original packaging with no signs of fitting wear or damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund, including any shipping costs

Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Grip socks or any item worn or tried on for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, except on goalkeeping gloves, providing the incorrect item is in its original condition. As different cuts fit slightly differently we will exchange for the correct size.
