How long do deliveries take?
We have two delivery options: Express (1–2 working days) and Standard (3–4 working days. Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver anywhere in mainland UK.
Can I return unwanted items?
Yes, and full details can be found in the returns & refunds section of our site. You have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return via hello@reflxsports.co.uk.
Does the lower price = lower quality?
Absolutely not, in fact, it is the opposite. We invest in product quality rather than marketing to ensure we use the best materials.
What size is best for me?
Each product has a size guide to help you choose the correct size for you or your child.
How does the free grip socks giveaway work?
Once a month we will draw a name from our email subscribers and one, lucky, winner will receive a pair of our custom grip socks. We will contact the winner to get their preferred size and details to send them their prize.
